Article6(Disclosure of Personal Information)

1. When our firm receive a request for disclosure of personal information from an individual, it will disclose such information to the individual without delay. However, it may decide not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure would result in any of the following cases, and if our firm decide not to disclose the information, we will notify you to that effect without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of personal information.
   1. If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the person concerned or a third party
   2. If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of our business
   3. In case of violation of other laws and regulations
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, the Company will not disclose non-personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.

Article7(Correction and deletion of personal information)

1. If the User’s personal information held by us is incorrect, the user may request us to correct, add or delete his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correct, etc.”) in accordance with the procedures set forth by us.
2. If our firm receive a request from a User as described in the preceding paragraph and deem it necessary to respond to such request, our firm will correct the relevant personal information without delay.
3. When the previous paragraph needed corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when we have d not to make corrections, etc., our office will notify the user of this without delay.

Article8(Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

1. If our firm are requested by an individual to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as “stop using, etc.”) his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, our firm will make the necessary investigation without delay.
2. If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will suspend the use of the relevant personal information, without delay.
3. In the event of suspension of use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or in the event of a decision not to suspend use, the Firm shall notify the User of such decision without delay.

1. This site uses Google Analytics to monitor usage and improve the site; Google collects, records, and analyzes users visit history, but it does not contain information that identifies you personally.
