Free online seminar on confidentiality clauses in English
The first Kuribayashi Sogo Law office’s Seminar of 2025 will focus on confidentiality agreement clauses in English. Confidentiality agreement clauses are almost always stipulated as general clauses, etc. However, various considerations are required when drafting an agreement or checking an agreement clause proposed by an English bill of exchange.
In order to ensure that your confidentiality is properly protected, it will be necessary to control the spread of damage as soon as possible through provisional injunctions or lawsuits in the event of a leakage of confidential information. A confidentiality agreement clause must serve as the basis for obtaining approval of an application for a provisional disposition that would prevent the leakage of information by the other party.
In this seminar, we will examine the content of confidentiality agreements in English from various perspectives, and will discuss what points you should pay attention to in drafting the most appropriate clauses for your company.
