Free online seminar on Arbitration Clauses in English Contracts
The February online seminar will focus on arbitration clauses in English contracts.
There are various methods of resolving international disputes, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Each of these methods of resolution will be explained, as well as the reasons why arbitration is the preferred method of dispute resolution in international transactions.
In addition, with regard to arbitration clauses, jurisdiction, the arbitral institution, the choice of laws and regulations regarding arbitration procedures, litigation costs, the language of arbitration, and the enforceability of the results of the arbitration are all important.
In this seminar, we will examine each of these issues and confirm what happens in the event of an actual dispute.
This seminar is open to everyone, so please register if you are interested in drafting and checking English agreements. The seminar will be held online, so you can participate from your office or home. We will send you the URL to join the Zoom conference. We look forward to seeing many of you there.
