This seminar aims to deepen your understanding of basic grammar and vocabulary frequently used in English contracts. For those who are already familiar with English contracts, this may seem like a review, but by revisiting the basics, you will gain new insights and a deeper understanding.
In addition, the content is easy to understand even for those who have not had much exposure to English contracts, and the structure is designed so that even beginners can learn without difficulty.

It is essential to have the ability to correctly understand grammar and vocabulary and to translate and create documents that accurately convey the intended meaning.
