Free online seminar on How to Negotiate English-Language Contracts to Your Advantage

In the seminar on July 24th, I would like to discuss the negotiation of English-language contracts. I imagine many of you have recently had opportunities to use AI to translate English contracts or analyze their content to receive AI-generated advice. However, when it comes to contract negotiations—which involve dealing with another party—AI does not always provide the most appropriate answers.

In this seminar, I will draw on cases I have handled in the past to discuss the key points you should focus on during contract negotiations. If possible, I would also like to discuss strategies for approaching contract negotiations.

This seminar is open to everyone anyone interested in the translation of English-language contracts is welcome to register. Since this is an online seminar, you can participate from your office or home. We will send a Zoom meeting link to those who register.
