Free online seminar on Basics of English Contract Drafting (Based on a Sales Contract for Goods)
The seminar on May 29 will be held both online and in person. For those attending in person, we plan to hold a brief networking reception following the seminar. We hope you will join us for the reception, which will also serve as dinner. Participation is free of charge, including the reception fee. When registering, please be sure to indicate whether you will be attending online or in person.
Please note that due to our office relocation on May 25, our new address is Sanno Grand Bldg., 517, 2-14-2, Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. We ask that in-person participants come to our new office.
This will be our first seminar since moving to the new office. To mark this occasion and return to our roots, we will study the basic structure of English-language contracts using the sales contract—the most fundamental type of English-language contract—as our example.
This seminar is open to everyone, so if you are interested in the translation of English-language contracts, please feel free to register. Those registering online can participate from their office or home. We will send you the URL to join the Zoom conference to all registered participants.
For those attending in person, we will give you a tour of our new office following the move. Additionally, to commemorate the office relocation, we will host a networking reception for all participants, with all costs covered by the firm. If you have the time, we encourage you to consider attending in person.
Furthermore, we will begin streaming Kuribayashi Sogo Law Office’s international seminars on YouTube. We hope to provide an opportunity for those unable to attend the seminars in person to view the content on-demand, so we appreciate your continued support.
