The purpose of this seminar is to deepen your understanding of the basic grammar and vocabulary frequently used in English contract. For those already familiar with English contract, the content may seem like a refresher, but thoroughly reviewing the fundamentals should lead to new insights and a deeper understanding.
The content is also designed to be easy to understand for those who have not had much exposure to English contract, and the structure allows even beginners to learn at their own pace.

- 3. Usage of Commas, Colons, and Semicolons
- 4. Usage of Vocabulary Unique to Contracts

To decipher such texts, it is essential to first accurately grasp the underlying grammatical mechanisms. In this seminar, we will provide explanations while also covering “reading tips” that are useful in practical business settings.
While many of you likely use translation software in your work, there are often situations where software alone cannot provide an accurate translation for specialized documents such as English contract. The ability of a human translator to correctly understand grammar and vocabulary, grasp the intended meaning, and translate or draft the document is indispensable.
