Our membership in the INBLF allows us to network with more law firms around the world and to collaborate with law firms in other countries to resolve your cases.

We have handled many cases involving the resolution of international disputes, consultations and negotiations with foreign companies concerning international transactions, and the drafting of English-language contracts (basic sales contracts, license agreements, distributorship agreements, etc.). We have also assisted small and medium-sized Japanese companies in their overseas expansion, advised on and represented them in cross-border M&A transactions, and assisted foreign companies in the management of their Japanese subsidiaries, including the establishment of subsidiaries and the preparation of minutes of shareholders’ meetings and other related documents in English.
