Topics

Procedures for recommending employees to resign

This seminar will be about Procedures for recommending employees to spondaneously resign.

A resignation recommendation is a recommendation from a company to an employee to consider voluntary resignation. If the recommendation is coercive, it is the same as a severance action, so it must be a recommendation for voluntary resignation on the part of the employee.

It is highly likely that the employee will accept the recommendation to resign on the condition that he or she will receive the full amount of severance pay.

In this seminar, we will explain the procedures for recommending employees to resign, using examples of cases we have handled and judicial precedents. We will also provide you with practical tips and know-how.

This seminar is open to everyone, so please register if you are interested or if you are in charge of personnel and labor affairs.
